Questions
How do you handle windows and mixed lighting?
We shoot every room at several exposures, plus flash. The darker frames hold the view through the windows, the flash shows true color, and the frames are blended into one photo. You may have heard this called HDR or flambient.
Are the photos ready for MLS?
Yes. Every photo comes as a JPEG sized for MLS, in the sRGB color space, so it uploads cleanly and looks the same everywhere.
How do I get my photos?
You get a private online gallery and a PIN. Look through the photos, then download all of them or just the ones you pick.
What areas do you cover?
Fort Collins and Northern Colorado, including Loveland, Windsor, Timnath, Wellington, Greeley, Berthoud, Johnstown, Estes Park and the Poudre and Big Thompson canyons. Somewhere else? Ask.
